Travys Harvey

Travys Harvey practices in the areas of real estate, commercial finance, strategic business planning, tax credit, conflict resolution and estate planning. She enjoys strategizing with clients to construct creative and innovative solutions to complex issues.

Travys routinely advises clients on all aspects of real estate purchases and sales, leasing and related due diligence matters. She also counsels housing agencies and developers on affordable and multi-family housing matters. She was the lead counsel on Arizona’s first Housing and Urban Development Rental Assistance Demonstration (“RAD”) transaction and currently serves as counsel on several other RAD transactions.

Finance practice representation includes acquisition and development, leasehold, tax credit, and equity participation financings. Travys frequently serves as local counsel providing opinion letters related to the foregoing.

Travys assists business owners with strategic business planning including acquisitions, dispositions and succession planning.

Client representation includes developers, builders, financial institutions, investor groups, business owners, government entities, nonprofit organizations and individuals.
