Perry T. Klauber's practice consists primarily of commercial real estate, corporate and finance matters. His experience includes negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases and easements, as well as advising clients on commercial real estate purchases and dispositions, mergers & acquisitions, corporate formations, loan transactions, due diligence and title & survey issues. Perry has completed transactions for some of the Valley's largest real estate funds, REITs and businesses. Prior to joining Titus Brueckner & Levine PLC, Perry was an associate with a large firm in Phoenix. During law school, he interned at two of the largest REITs in Arizona, and clerked at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona for the Honorable Judge George B. Nielson. Prior to law school, Perry worked in investment banking and commercial underwriting. Because of his experience, Perry has a unique ability to offer businesses and individuals practical legal services that meet both legal and business goals.
