Clements led the negotiations for one of the largest land deals in recent times in Arizona.  A TB&L client, together with another investor, purchased 1,200 acres of land in the San Tan Valley for $23,000 per acre. This month, Mr. Titus and Mr. Clements closed a deal for the sale of 208 acres of the San Tan Valley land at a price of $43,000 per acre.
