Timothy E. Clements practices in the areas of real estate law, business law, corporate securities law and general corporate law. In connection with his practice, Mr. Clements represents individuals, private entities and public companies, including homebuilders, developers, investors, land owners, business owners, landlords, tenants, lenders, borrowers and others in a wide variety of matters, including various types of contract negotiations, real property transactions, commercial transactions, lease transactions, loan transactions, entity formations, mergers, acquisitions and securities offerings.
Mr. Clements was selected as one of Arizona's Finest Lawyers in 2011. In 2012, he was recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers.
Mr. Clements is a past Chairman of the Executive Council of the Real Property Section of the State Bar of Arizona, a Member and the Secretary of the Board of Directors of Scottsdale Training & Rehabilitation Services (STARS), a Member of the Board of Directors of the Scottsdale Bar Association and Chair of its Paiute Center Legal Clinic Committee, and a Member of the Public Policy Advisory Council for the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Clements is admitted to the State Bar of Arizona and the District Court of Arizona.
Mr. Clements received his legal education from Arizona State University, where he was awarded the degree of Juris Doctor in the College of Law. Mr. Clements received his undergraduate education from Santa Clara University, where he was awarded the degree of Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
Mr. Clements was born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he now resides with his wife Donna, son Carter and daughters Morgan and Sydney.
