Kurt M. Brueckner is a founding partner of the law offices of Titus Brueckner & Levine PLC. Mr. Brueckner has experience in transactional matters involving corporate law, business law, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, securities, finance and intellectual property. He has represented all types of companies and businesses, including startup companies, private companies and public companies, hospitals, brokerage firms, and businesses seeking debt and equity financing, as well as various other entities and individuals.  Mr. Brueckner has been awarded the highest rating of AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review and has been selected as one of Arizona's Finest Lawyers and one of Arizona's Top Rated Lawyers.

Mr. Brueckner was recenlty inducted into the Scottsdale History Makers Hall of Fame for his many contributions to the community.  He is a past President and former member of the Board of Directors of the Scottsdale Bar Association, and the 2007 recipient of the Award of Excellence presented by the Scottsdale Bar Association.  Mr. Brueckner is a former Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce, and is the 2012 recipient of the Legacy Award and the 2008 recipient of the Chairman’s Award. Mr. Brueckner has served on the Department of Finance Advisory Board at the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, Scottsdale Charro Foundation, Scottsdale Leadership Advisory Board, and the non-profit Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health.  He is the recipient of the 2008 Frank W. Hodges Alumni Achievement Award presented by Scottsdale Leadership for his significant contributions to the community. Mr. Brueckner has served on the McDowell Corridor/South Scottsdale Economics Development Task Force and as chairman of various City of Scottsdale boards and commissions. Mr. Brueckner has also served on the Executive Council and the Committee on Rules and Regulations of the Securities Section of the State Bar of Arizona. Mr. Brueckner has lectured on various aspects of real estate, securities, and corporate law.

Mr. Brueckner graduated magna cum laude in Business Administration from Arizona State University in 1977 and was awarded the degree of Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1980. Mr. Brueckner was the recipient of scholarships from Continental Oil Corporation and the Alan du Bois Foundation. Prior experience includes working on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., serving as in-house counsel for a Fortune 100 corporation, and working for a national law firm based in San Francisco.

Mr. Brueckner is currently, and/or has in the past been, involved in various civic organizations, including: Chairman and Board of Directors of Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce; Chairman of the Transportation Committee and the State Affairs Committee of the Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce; Board of Directors of Scottsdale Chamber Foundation; President and Member of the Board of Directors of Scottsdale/Paradise Valley YMCA; Chairman of the Scottsdale City Transportation Commission; Vice-Chairman and Member of City of Scottsdale Redevelopment Board; Board of Trustees of Healthwest Regional Medical Center; Board of Directors of Scottsdale Leadership and Graduate of Class II; City of Scottsdale Endowment Advisory Board; Board of Directors of Scottsdale History Makers Committee; Director of Heritage Foundation of Arizona; and Legal Counsel to the McDowell Sonoral Conservancy.

Mr. Brueckner was born in Peoria, Illinois. He resides in Scottsdale with his wife Sue, and their children, Ryan, Lauren, and Austin.
